What is the return policy? Returns are not accepted except in the case an item is damaged by me or in the shipping process. Please email me a photo upon receipt of the damaged item. I'll let you know the next steps to take. 

What are the shipping options? Orders under 1lb will ship via USPS First Class. Orders over 1lb will ship USPS Priority.

When will I receive my order? You will receive an email notification when your item ships with a tracking number. Depending on the time of year, your order shouldn't take longer than 5-7 days.

What do I do if I never received my order? Please let me know if you suspect this is the case and I will open a case with USPS and I will replace your order ASAP.

What do I do if I received a defective order? Send me an email right away.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? Contact me as soon as possible so I can make the changes you need. If your order has already shipped I am unable to do so.
